About YTOB

 

Youth Theatre of the Bluegrass (YToB) is a nonprofit community theatre dedicated to inspiring and developing young performers through high-quality performing arts education and productions.

 

Founded in 2015 and rooted in the long-running Project Encore arts workshops, YToB serves youth in Georgetown, Kentucky, and surrounding communities by providing professional instruction in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Our programs focus on more than performance—we build confidence, character, discipline, and collaboration that last well beyond the stage.

YToB works throughout the community, utilizing local schools, churches, and performance spaces to bring theatre education and family-friendly entertainment to where families already are. While we partner with many organizations, we remain independent and community-focused.

 

Led by experienced arts professionals who are passionate educators and role models, Youth Theatre of the Bluegrass is committed to artistic excellence, ethical leadership, and creating meaningful opportunities for every child to shine.
